Terms of Use and Participant Agreement

These Terms of Use and Participant Agreement ("Agreement") govern access to and participation in training programs, websites, applications, services, and related content provided by Unit3 Action Inc. ("Unit3 Action," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing, registering for, or participating in any Unit3 Action Inc. training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Educational Purpose

All training programs, materials, videos, presentations, assessments, and related content are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Participation in any course does not constitute legal, investigative, law enforcement, intelligence, security, or professional certification unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Unit3 Action Inc.

No Law Enforcement Authority

Participants acknowledge that they are not acting as law enforcement officers, investigators, intelligence agents, or representatives of any government agency by completing a Unit3 Action Inc. training program.

Course completion does not grant any authority to:

Conduct investigations
Detain individuals
Access private information
Enter private property
Conduct surveillance beyond what is legally permitted
Represent oneself as acting on behalf of Unit3 Action Inc., CPIN, law enforcement, or any government agency

Observe and Report Principle

CPIN training is based upon responsible observation and reporting.

Participants agree that they will not:

Confront suspected traffickers or offenders
Interfere with law enforcement activities
Follow individuals in a manner that creates risk to themselves or others
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or accuse individuals
Attempt to independently verify criminal activity through unlawful means

Participants are solely responsible for their own actions and decisions.

Eligibility and Participation

Unit3 Action Inc. reserves the right to establish eligibility requirements for participation in CPIN or related programs.

Completion of any course does not guarantee:

Acceptance into CPIN
Issuance of credentials
Access to CPIN systems or applications
Volunteer opportunities
Analyst, Observer, or participant status

Unit3 Action Inc. may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

Background Screening

Certain programs may require identity verification, reference checks, or background screening.

Participants agree to provide accurate information during the application process.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial, suspension, or removal from participation.

User Conduct

Participants agree to use Unit3 Action Inc. programs and services lawfully and responsibly.

Participants shall not:

Violate any applicable law
Infringe upon the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Share login credentials
Distribute malware or malicious software
Use training materials for unlawful purposes
Misrepresent affiliation with Unit3 Action Inc. or CPIN

Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, graphics, documents, assessments, course content, trademarks, logos, and related materials are the property of Unit3 Action Inc. or its licensors.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, record, sell, modify, or create derivative works from course materials without prior written permission.

Certificates of Completion

Certificates issued by Unit3 Action Inc. acknowledge successful completion of course requirements.

Certificates do not constitute professional licensure, government certification, employment qualification, or authorization to act on behalf of Unit3 Action Inc.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Training programs and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Unit3 Action Inc. makes no guarantees regarding:

Acceptance into CPIN
Program availability
Accuracy or completeness of information
Outcomes resulting from course participation
Future opportunities or assignments

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unit3 Action Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in any training program or related activity.

Participants assume full responsibility for their own actions and decisions following completion of any training.

Indemnification

Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unit3 Action Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Misuse of training materials
Unlawful conduct
Actions taken by the participant based upon course content

Modification and Termination

Unit3 Action Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any course, program, service, account, or participant access at any time and for any reason.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acceptance

By registering for, accessing, or participating in any Unit3 Action Inc. training program, website, application, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Participant Agreement.
